The available space helped and at the same time limited the diversity of the design. Creating a suspended ceiling wasn’t planned; the beams of the roof structure and the wood panelling determined the direction of the design.

Furniture of a similar colour to the wood structure of the flat was placed in the property. A significantly large bookshelf system was created on the gable; the triangular shaped wall between the two sloping sides of the roof. The technological equipment of considerable size was moved onto another massive shelf system that could comfortably accommodate the loudspeakers. The large toys were placed in a lateral display cabinet. The character of the bachelor flat is affirmed by the sturdy floorboards, a bulky couch and curtains with geometrical patterns. The fireplace as a counterbalance might be capable of smuggling some romanticism into the otherwise masculine interior.
