In the open space of a shopping centre a modest butchery which would humbly present its meat and related products had to be created. Avoiding the creation of the classic white design of a sales area was also an expectation. It was important to create strong levels of illumination and to maximise the sense of cleanliness. Furthermore, the sales and dining counters had to be in harmony, too. Besides all of these requirements, very strict hygiene regulations had to be taken into consideration while designing. It was also a public aspiration to arrange food and design the dining counter in a way that would lure people into grabbing a bite there.
